In progress: Shopping List

In Progress: Shopping List by Sandra Galda
32"x36" oil on stretched canvas

Had a nice Fourth of July weekend and a chance to continue working on this large work. I hope to post a small work tomorrow. This larger canvas requires a bit more work, especially at the teacup and spoon area, but I can see it is nearing a conclusion. Shopping List (NA)

Shopping List by Sandra Galda (NA)
32"x36" oil on streched canvas

This is a larger painting I am working on, and on, and on..... I am pushing hard to finish this one to free up my larger easel. The cup and list are needing much more work..actually I see it all needs more work. I love to make a list each day of what I hope to accomplish. Lists are quiet taskmasters. Still Life with Sugarbowl (NA)

Still Life with Sugarbowl by Sandra Galda (NA)
8"x10" oil on gesso board

This is an 8"x10" painting, a bit larger than I usually post. Working larger sure takes a bit longer. I do work extremely large sometimes such as when doing theater sets on a stage or when painting very large canvases. I actaully have an unfinished 5 foot x 6 foot landscape canvas on my familyroom wall waiting for me to finish, but I think it will be a while before I tackle that. I did start and finish today's post in one day working on and off in between interruptions. If interested in purchasing contact my email address sgalda@aol.com Thanks for looking, tell me what you think-leave a comment! Below is a shot of the large oil canvas in process that I mentioned. Last time I took it off the wall and worked on it was last summer for a week. I hope to work more on it this year. As you can see it fills a room!
