Updates: Beethoven cast bust exercise and "Tea With My Foxy Whiskered Gentleman
I have always loved and been busy making art. Education: B.S. in Graphic Design from SUNY at Buffalo and a Master of Liberal Arts degree in 2008 (concentrated in Art History), from Harvard University. Six years post graduate study and training at Ingbretson Studios http://studio.ingbretson.com/ learning the Boston Style of contemporary realism.

Sandra, excellent progress on the cast drawing. I am hoping to get a cast soon too and work on my drawing skills.
thanks Jeremy! I think your still lifes are really good and I bet the cast drawing will bring new challenges! I imagine you could google what the aims of cast bust drawing are, the set up procedures, how to best attack the project etc.... it is a real lesson in all aspects of drawing and painting--well except color. I esp see an improvement in my ability to notice value relationships. Have fun!
