Green Apple Company

Green Apple Company by Sandra Galda
6"x4" oil on canvas board
It is still raining out, but despite the gloom, I went out and retrieved this red daisy for today's painting. It looked happier in the rain than I was! It also looked happy visiting with the green apple. If interested in purchasing contact my email address sgalda@aol.com Thanks for looking, tell me what you think-leave a comment! What a yummy painting! Hard to beleive that you can paint such vivid colors on a rainy day. I love this one.

Thanks so much, all! Still raining here, so I think we will get "gi-normous" flowers this summer..

Sandra!

This painting just speaks to me.

The greens are great, but as Fábio mentioned the reds here just pop!

Lovely!

Great colours and brushwork. I love your composition in this one, as though the flower is watching over the apple. We're quite lucky today, no rain in scotland... for a change. r.

I like the primary palette, too, Sandra. It really sings!
We've had boatloads of rain this week, too. Should be a bumper crop of flowers.
