In process: "Hold On"
I have always loved and been busy making art. Education: B.S. in Graphic Design from SUNY at Buffalo and a Master of Liberal Arts degree in 2008 (concentrated in Art History), from Harvard University. Six years post graduate study and training at Ingbretson Studios http://studio.ingbretson.com/ learning the Boston Style of contemporary realism.
I paint on a regular basis and am busy teaching art. You can find some of the results here on this artblog. This is going very well. I like what you are doing with the vase - it adds a lot of depth to the composition.
I love what you have done with the dial on the phone and the values...really really nice
Very nice painting. Interesting I was recently fooling around with an old phone I have on my still life shelf trying to figure out how to use it in a painting.
You beat me to it, now of course I can not do it myself. One subject per person.
Hello Richard! If a phone composition calls, answer! I am not the first to use one in a painting, you will not be the last :)
