I have never, ever, ever been able to capture a cherry accurately, and you did it perfectly! I even said, "wow!' when your blog page came up and I saw this new post....gorgeous!
Beautiful!! It's like this little cherry is holding court with the other fruit in attendance. I love it!
wonderful blog and wonderful paintings. Such lucious brushwork.
Interesting color scheme.
I've got to say I agree, something about the cherry commands your eye. Your brushwork and value on the cherry is just right. I love the highlight as well as reflection off the surface.
Hah! It's not us out in blogdom you need to convince about paint-less fruit! Your colors just sing. I love this one.
ow...lovely colors again . And the composition is excellent!
thanks all! :) :)
Boy, you nailed this one my dear. Fantastic painting!
Hi,
This one of my favourites.
I find interesting how round fruits look good with linear edges.
Best regards,
José
Oh, I was going to say something about a certain fruit popping, but it seemed wrong.
(: Dynamic brushwork & super complimentary color harmony!
